HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL), a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, has officially released the HLL Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 notification on 18 February 2026 vide Advertisement No. HLL/HR/020/2026. A total of 40 vacancies have been announced for the post of Management Trainee (MT) across seven disciplines including Engineering, Pharma, Marketing, Human Resources, Social Work, Data Analytics, and Hospital Management.

HLL Lifecare Limited is a Mini Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Undertaking engaged in the manufacture and supply of healthcare products and services. Vacancy Details – Discipline Wise

The 40 Management Trainee vacancies are distributed across 7 disciplines as follows:

• Engineering: 17 Posts – B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil/Chemical/Industrial Engineering
• Pharma: 6 Posts – B.Pharm (Full-time)
• Marketing: 10 Posts – Full-time MBA (Marketing) / PGDBM / MIB / MPIB
• Human Resources: 2 Posts – MBA (HR) / MSW / MA (Social Work) / MHRM / PGDPM
• Social Work: 1 Post – MSW / MA (Social Work)
• Data Analytics: 1 Post – B.Sc. in Mathematics/Statistics with MBA, or equivalent
• Hospital Management: 3 Posts – UG in Science + MBA (Hospital Management)

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a full-time degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories require a minimum of 60% marks. Part-time/distance education qualifications are not eligible.

Age Limit (as on 01.02.2026)

Maximum age: 27 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India norms — 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 10 years for PwBD.

Application Fee

Candidates from General/EWS/OBC categories must pay a non-refundable fee of ₹1,000/- + applicable GST (total ₹1,180/-). SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the application fee. Fee must be paid online only.

Selection Process

Selection will be done through a multi-stage process:

1. Phase I – Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective type questions covering General Aptitude, Reasoning, English, and domain-specific knowledge.
2. Phase II – Preliminary Interview: Shortlisted candidates from CBT will be called for a preliminary HR/technical interview.
3. Phase III – Psychometric Assessment: Assesses behavioural traits, personality, and managerial aptitude.
4. Phase IV – Final Interview & Document Verification: Qualifying marks are 50% for General (40% for OBC/NCL, 35% for SC/ST/PwBD).
