Kalyan Singh Super Specialty Cancer Institute (KSSSCI), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, has officially released the KSSSCI Recruitment 2026 notification (Advt. No. KSSSCI/CMS/256/Advt. No. 09/2025-26) for the recruitment of 122 posts including Senior Pharmacist, Technician, and various other healthcare and administrative roles. These vacancies are to be filled on a deputation basis, and only officers from State Government / State Statutory / Autonomous Bodies / Universities holding analogous posts on a regular basis are eligible to apply. Eligibility Criteria

This recruitment is strictly for officers on deputation. The following conditions must be met:

• Officers of State Government of India / State Statutory / Autonomous Bodies / Universities holding analogous posts on regular basis in parent cadre/department.
• OR Officers with specified years of regular service in the mentioned Pay Level/Scale (or equivalent or above) as mentioned for each post in the official notification.
• No vigilance or disciplinary case pending or contemplated against the candidate.
• Integrity Certificate must be obtained and enclosed with the application.
• CR Dossier / ACRs for the last 5 years (duly attested by an officer not below Joint Secretary rank / equivalent) must be attached.
• No major or minor penalty during the last 10 years, or a list of penalties imposed must be enclosed.
• Candidates must be recommended by their parent department and must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Post-wise Qualification (General)

• Senior Pharmacist: Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised institution with relevant years of service in the prescribed pay level.
• Technician Posts: Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) / B.Sc. in relevant discipline with requisite service period.

Age Limit

• Upper Age Limit: 56 years as on the last date of receipt of the application form (31-03-2026).
• No minimum age limit specified (as candidates are already serving government employees).

Selection Process

Since the recruitment is on a deputation basis, the selection process is different from competitive examinations:

1. Screening of Applications: Applications received along with required documents are scrutinized by the KSSSCI administration committee.
2. Eligibility Verification: Service details, ACRs, integrity certificates, and NOC are verified with the parent department.
3. Document Verification: Original service records and qualification documents are checked.
4. Final Selection: Based on experience, seniority, service records, and suitability for the post. A merit list is prepared and candidates are offered deputation based on availability and institute requirements.

Salary / Pay Structure

• Pay will be as per Uttar Pradesh Government rules for deputation appointees.
• The officer will draw pay in the parent department's pay scale/level, plus the applicable deputation allowance as per UP government norms.
• HRA, DA, and other allowances are as per posting location and government rules.

2. Download the prescribed application form (Annexure-1) from the recruitment notification section.
3. Fill the form carefully with complete personal, service, and experience details. Use capital letters and black ink.
4. Attach all required self-attested documents as listed above including CR Dossier, NOC, Integrity Certificate, and Penalty Statement.
5. Send the hard copy of the completed application by Speed Post / Registered Post to the following address:
