For Technician (ITI): National Trade Certificate (NTC) or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in relevant trades like Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Welder, Sheet Metal Worker, or equivalent from recognized ITI under NCVT/SCVT with minimum 60% marks.
